In the recent 2018 Assembly By-election, Congress polled 40% and BJP polled 42% from these 25 polling booths. So the vote share of Congress improved by 24% and the vote share of BJP is improved by 7%.

So around 77% of the JD(U) votes shifted towards Congress. It’s a very good sign.  Still Congress should concentrate in these 25 polling booths and ensure smooth transfer of JD(U) votes in favour of them in 2019 Parliament Election.

In these 24 polling booths, JD(U) (Part of Mahagatbandhan) polled 16% and BJP polled 18% whereas BSP polled 53% in 2015 Assembly Election . In 2018 Assembly By-Election, INC polled 33% and BJP polled 48%.

So vote share of Congress was increased by 17% and vote share of BJP was increased by 30%.

Maximum BSP vote shifted towards BJP in the by-election. Congress should try to induct the BSP candidate Bharat Bind before 2019 Parliament Election.

Congress should try to tap these floating votes and concentrate hard in these 24 polling booths.
